1. Minimum Order Value and First Transaction.
The minimum order value is $1,999 in the aggregate for a Customer’s initial transaction.
2. How to Place an Order
All orders are submitted via the Enlighten Wellness product placement portal (the “Portal”). You must be a registered user to view this site. Call or email the Enlighten Wellness customer service team at 1.866.668.1110 or firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any questions. Please have an order form or the website available when calling so that you can reference item numbers.
Products or goods purchased through the Portal shall only be sold at the listed manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) unless otherwise indicated on the Portal or an itemized purchase order. In the event that you choose to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, you may not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount should be requested in writing to email@example.com.
4. Wholesale Pricing to Retailer
All prices are listed in US dollars. In most cases, the wholesale price that you receive will be at a significant discount to MSRP, but always be sure to confirm the listed MSRP. Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice. All shipping costs are to be covered by the purchaser and are not included in the listed price.
Enlighten Wellness wants to make sure that the products on your shelf are selling. All sales are final, but requests for returns or product swaps may be handled on a case by case basis. To inquire about a potential product return or swap, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Enlighten Wellness has a right to first require that the unsold product be placed on sale at a discounted price. Enlighten Wellness is not responsible for any shipping costs related to the return of products.
Enlighten Wellness accepts major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), EFT, and checks as forms of payments. All Enlighten Wellness customers are provided Net 30 payment terms. Enlighten Wellness reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time with the understanding that modification of payment terms does not apply retroactively for any outstanding invoice. Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances Enlighten Wellness may only charge the customer a reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods and will be included as a separate line item on invoices or receipts. Orders $500 or greater will receive free shipping.
8. Returning Damaged or Defective Products
Returns of ‘damaged or defective’ products must be made in writing directly to return address listed on the shipping container within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without first providing notice to product provider and receiving product provider approval and delivery instructions for transport.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact product provider directly at the contact listed on the delivery packaging or the Portal within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Copy Enlighten Wellness on all correspondence. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise if you abide by the return policy set forth by product provider at the time notice is given of the defective product.
9. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for delivery of items. Larger orders may require more time.
